
Hiring Morris Hall
Morris Hall is available to hire for a wide range of events and activities from yoga classes and workshops to talks, lectures, meetings and public performances. We always encourage anyone considering hiring the Hall to come and see it first, in order to make the most of their proposed booking.

Hire Rates Guidance
The total cost will be confirmed once the details of a booking request are submitted.
WEEKDAY RATES (9am - 5pm)
Up to 2hrs £50
2-4hrs £100
4-6hrs £150
6-8hrs £200
Midweek Evening Rate £300
Friday/Saturday Evening Rate £500
Sunday Evening Rate £300
DISCOUNTS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY USE WHERE NO COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION IS INVOLVED FOR THE EVENT.
Cancellation
Cancellation by the Hirer 14 days or less prior to the event will require the Hirer to pay 50% of the Booking fee.
Cancellation by the Hirer 24 hours or less prior to the event will require the Hirer to pay the full Booking fee.
Performing Rights
Please note that if your event includes music Morris Hall has a PRS and PPL licence. These allow royalties to be paid to artists when their music is performed or played. We will require information about your event to submit information to PRS and PPL and we will recharge you for this licence cost.
